All designs, templates, and content created by us remain the property of 99 & Me Digital Design until full payment is received. After payment, you are granted a license to use the designs for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to complete your project. Delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines.
Limitation of Liability
99 & Me Digital Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
